KTM has had a history of headlight mounts breaking on various adventure models, and there have been different fixes that have been created.
While the 390 Adventure has received some promising upgrades in this department, time has yet to tell if they will hold up.
We will not for one second try and scare you into buying something you may not feel you need, but for those of you who may not yet trust these new mounts and want to ensure that you won't have any issues while on a trip, we have created this brace set for you.
For the 2020 year models, this brace set replaces the sloppy add on steering lockout guide with a much nicer stainless material. On model years 2021+, this lockout guide has been revised so our braces will not include this extra material allowing a much cleaner appearance.
