Please understand that in order to get you the most accurate information possible, Chris (our owner) handles most of the emails himself. We ask that you keep the questions short and concise so that Chris can spend more time in the shop making cool stuff for you. Please forgive him if the email responses are kept short, there may be an awesome project brewing that he needs to get back to!
SHIPPING QUESTIONS: For any questions about Shipping, tracking and order status please refer to our Shipping& Returns page or contact Mariel Parker by email to: email@example.com. Please check all of your spam filters first before inquiring about tracking numbers. They are ALWAYS sent, but commonly your email filters may have grabbed them.
Please note that if the wrong email is used for your specific questions it may cause a delay in response time or no response at all. We will make our best attempt at a prompt reply but please note that emails are not returned during holidays, weekends or while at events. To give you the best service possible there are a select few who answer emails including the owner so please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. Most often much sooner. We have done our best to pack as much information into this website so we encourage you to please have a good look before you form your questions so that we may answer them in an efficient and timely manner.
