a locking latch system that secures the plate to your suitcase carrier system and allows for a variety of mounting solutions. Holes located
in the center of the plate allow you to bolt a Rotopax Mount while elongated tether points located around the edge make strapping
soft luggage such as Giant Loop's Round the World or MotoTrekk Panniers a snap.
