Is a NEW approach to integrated LED tail light operation. Typically, an integrated tail light will switch between yellow and red on the side you are indicating a turn. This only creates a color contrast. With Turn Alert, the tail light cycles between full intensity yellow, and OFF, on that side. Therefore, there is a full contrast turn signal operation on that side. The red running light will resume on that side once the turn signal is canceled. If braking and turning, the red will illuminate fully in between blink cycles - because braking should have priority.

This programming interface is accessed very simply through the Strobe Mode control wire, using the Blaster-X Control Switch. The interface is designed to receive input simply by providing ground pulses to the strobe mode control wire. No special equipment is necessary to access and utilize the programming interface. Detailed programming instructions will ship with every unit.
Blaster-X Integrated Tail Lights are designed to follow the turn signal commands of the motorcycle's flasher relay. This insures it blinks in lock-step with other turn signals on the motorcycle, and ensures it is compatible with all after market and OEM flasher relays - especially programmable relays. However, in the event that the tail light receives a command to turn that does not break (blink) within a preset time period, the tail light will automatically blink that side.

This product installed in roughly 15 minutes and goes a long way toward streamlining the back of my 1190R. Works perfectly and really gets your attention with the strobing brake light. Highly recommended and a reasonable cost.
