Product Description
Lower the fan 'ON' switch by 20 degrees F with this simply bolt on thermo switch. Requires the draining of your coolant, replace the switch and refill. That's all it takes to keep your bike running cooler. See here for complete fan kits for the 950 and 990 Adventure.

190 F THERMO FAN SWITCH

This worked as advertised on my 2019 KTM 690 Enduro R. Definitely kicks the fan in sooner than the stock switch. No need to drain the whole radiator to install. Just unscrew the old switch with a container under it to catch the small amout of coolant that will come out, install the new switch, and replace the coolant that drained.

Cooler bike

KTM is terrible about letting their bikes run too hot. This switch helps it’s fan to kick on sooner so that it doesn’t overheat sitting at a light on a 95 degrees day! They say that it’s not just KTM, it’s the emissions regulations that make it run so hot and lean... maybe so. But, how come you don’t hear the running hot complaints from other Euro bikes? Just saying!
