The Arrow Race-Tech exhaust features a unique, diamond shape muffler that is unlike anything else available. This innovative shape design allows the Arrow Race Tech exhaust to have reduced dimensions compared to traditional shaped exhausts. The exhaust also features a significant weight reduction without having to compromise internal volume which would reduce the exhaust note. The internals of the exhaust are made of stainless steel and assembly is completed by TIG welding on special jigs. The rear end caps and gas outlet are designed to optimize gas flow and minimize back pressure.
Arrow's exhaust technologies are a direct result of their research and development through racing in MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, World Super Bike and countless Enduro Rallies.
Decibel test of a KTM 790 Adventure with an Arrow muffler only (with stock cat) at varying RPM's under a 15% dynamometer brake load. 790 Adventure Muffler: http://www.rottweilerperformance.com/exhaust-22/ 790 Adventure Mapping Options: http://www.rottweilerperformance.com/dynojet-powercommander-v-for-ktm-790-adventure/ NOTE: This video is designed as a direct comparison to other videos we produce in the same environment and not intended as a direct decibel result of any kind. The DB meter will also pick up some noise from the dynamometer drum, drivetrain, and tire spinning. In order to offer the most accurate sound under load, these are the compromises. PS: Please don't give this video a thumbs down just because you don't like loud exhausts. We are just showing you stuff. :)

Not sure if I’m just really unlucky or what but my exhaust was off spec by about a 1/4 inch. Had to drill the rear slot to get it to fit.
Once i got it on the pipe is great, unfortunate that I had to spend time altering a part after spending $550, but I guess that’s motorcycles.
