NOTE: Fits both the 790 & 890 Adventure
The Arrow De Cat mid pipe eliminates the heavy and heat soaked catalytic converter and resonator chamber for a 'true through' performance upgrade for the KTM 790 Adventure. This mid-pipe will fit all stock configurations both at the stock collector and muffler joints. What this means is that any muffler that will fit the stock mid-pipe will fit the Arrow Racing mid-pipe, as well as the attachment points, are exactly the same as stock. No cutting or modification required as this is a bolt-on product.

The mid pipe took about one hour to install without seeing any instructional video. It fit perfectly. There was a slight weight reduction and a deeper, sharper sound to the exhaust.

I've had an Arrow Titanium Muffler for a while and finally got the Arrow Decat.
The arrow decat is 3.5lbs lighter than the catalytic converter. I've noticed a decrease in heat around my feet.
Install was easy other than when I went to put my skidplate back on it hit the header to decat clamp so I had to clock that differently, no big deal.
Slight increase in noise but not annoyingly so.

I had the Arrow titanium muffler and Rottweiler intake system on my 790R, which provided amazing results, once I installed the Arrow mid pipe the motor felt softer and didn’t have quite the punch as before. Thinking I might need the mapping adjusted or may go back to the stock cat.

Rottweiler as usual is great. Pipe was back ordered and only a few days past their expected dates.
Install, bout 1 1/2 hrs , not hard or challenging at all. Needed to drop pan and pull foot pegs off. All are simple.
The weight difference is noted. The heat difference is amazing!!! The sound yum ! I’m still running stock pipe I don’t plan on upgrading that as I love the sound now. And I’m sure I’ll dent this one up anyways on the trails
Also installed kick stand bypass concurrently as you are already there. Also purchased from Rott.

I pondered the decat concept for a long while, as there are so many 'cheap' options. After watching the dyno results and seeing the disappointment on faces of 790 owners who opted cheap, I ordered the Arrow from Will at Rottweiler. Sound is awesome, with no loss to low or mid range. The Arrow decat mimics the stock cat, and just fits easily and when you fire the bike up you really notice the distinct sound. Thank you again Chris, Will and Jessica D. My 890 Rally sounds like a dream.

Step by step directions were perfect and easy to use, pipe fit perfectly, sounds good, not to much louder than stock, just a nice thumper sound.

Fits well, easy to install once you remove the stock cat. Sound with stock muffler is just about right. Bike is still pretty quiet while warming up and mild riding....which is what I as looking for.
