Camel ADV - KTM/HQV 790-901 Adventure Gut Guard

This Gut Guard is the bomb for sliding across logs. You can wheelie drop into obstacles with confidence. So well made and fits perfectly! Canadian made to boot so you know its quality.

Installed the Gut Guard on my 2022 890ADV R which was pretty straight forward while watching the install video from Camel.

Was in an event this weekend past, lots of rocks, step ups and step downs and aside from the number of rocks that i could hear hitting it I know I slammed the Guard pretty hard on a rock coming off a step down that I did not see. Can’t say for certain if I would have cracked the bottom of the engine but quite certain the stock paper thin skid plate would not have been much help.

My riding buddy had a different aftermarket skid plate on his bike and pretty sure he will be putting it on his fiancé’s bike and replacing it with a Gut Guard.
