Rottweiler Performance - Kickstand Sensor Relocator
Product Description
Kickstand sensors can be both a blessing and a curse depending on who you are and how you ride. For more experienced riders who may ride a bit harder than most, the kickstand can move under larger G-outs, causing the bike to shut off or cut out. A sometimes dangerous proposition.
For those of you looking for a simple and cheap method to stop this from happening, we designed this inexpensive little part that marries the sensor and magnet together on one singular mount that can be relocated over to the engine. Now the magnet that usually comes down with the kickstand is mounted next to the sensor full time and will not allow the bike to shut off in times of dire need of an engine that runs.

Don't Head Out Without Making This Mod

This is the perfect solution to preventing one from potentially being stuck with a broken/faulty side stand. Installation was easy, and the mount tucks away with no risk from being inadvertently broken off/snagged during riding. I installed this little beauty on both my 2021 KTM Adventure 890 (base model), as well as my 2023 KTM Adventure 890R. Ingenious solution!!

I experienced bike stalls due to my kickstand bouncing around while riding off-road. This inexpensive and easy relocator was easy to install and fixed the issue. Heard from other riders as well that this is a must have for a KTM 790 or 890 ADV when riding off-road. Directions are simple to follow and gives you several options to relocate the sensor. If you are thinking about also purchasing the Arrow Mid-Pipe then I suggest you install these at the same time. Glad I did because it gave me more options to relocate the sensor after removing the cat from my bike.

Went on as written but wazs slightly confused at fuirst but got it moved. No accidents with it coming down offroad now but forgot to put it up once and need to make a note of that.

Let's face it. The kickstand sensor design for an adv bike that spends lots of time on the dirt was poor. This relocation kit resolves this problem. Easy to install. Nice work Rottweiler.
