SC Project - KTM 790/890 Duke S1 Titanium Slip-On Exhaust

Can’t remove the “removable” baffle. The screw that supposedly holds it in was mounted upside down so I wouldn’t have to drill through the carbon fiber end cap, how ever it feels like it’s instead welded entirely in place. No amount of yanking or tapping had been able to make it budge. This is quite disappointing. If I wanted quiet, I would have left the stock exhaust on it or bought an Akra.
Build quality is really nice, and it looks good on the bike.
Sounds better than stock, but if you want this to remove the baffle, you are in for a headache.

If it wasn’t for the baffle being entirely stuck in place this would be awesome, every sound clip I’ve heard sounds amazing. Super disappointed I’ve been unable to remove it.

Bought this for my 2021 890 Duke R and it sounds amazing. It’s deep and throaty and almost growls when you open the throttle. With the baffle in it’s about at the max limit of what I’d want to hear (can hear it with ear plugs in no problem). I also appreciate the occasional backfire pop I get with engine breaking. It’s one of the best sounding slip on exhausts I’ve ever heard in person. It also looks sleek and beautiful and saves a lot of weight from OEM. Was east to install. Hardest part was removing the passenger pegs (I think they used locktite).

I was very weary and picky about picking an exhaust. If you are looking for the perfect note, look no further!

This slip-on sheds a little weight off the stock pipe, and the materials are high quality. The volume is only a little louder than stock - a nice increase, but not annoying. The main upgrade with the sound is the deeper/changed tone.

I got the S1 exhaust for my 790 Duke and I am highly impressed with the quality! It's louder, yet not overwhelming and also adds a unique look to the bike.
