Rottweiler Performance is excited to offer a titanium header for the 790/890 Duke and Adventure models. Their unique header design with a crossover pipe will allow exhaust pressure to become more balanced by reducing the amount of exhaust gasses that would normally be forced back to the cylinder before the piston begins its intake cycle on the downward stroke. Without this crossover pipe, the exhaust gasses that made their way back to the engine during valve over lap would be forced back into the cylinder and into the intake ducts, which can delay the intake process thus reducing torque at that given RPM. We know what you are thinking, what does this actually do for me? The crossover tube will help broaden the RPM range by allowing the engine to work more efficiently. This titanium header comes with 18mm O2 sensor bungs which not only can be used with Auto Tune's Wide Band system but also with the OEM oxygen sensors. This headers' ultra lightweight construction provides massive weight savings and has been beautifully constructed to give your bike a 'factory' appearance.

Rottweiler Performance will carefully unpack your Tekmo header, perfectly heat treat each weld to give it that race part look, re-pack and ship off.
After installing the header and BEFORE starting the bike, wipe entire header down with rubbing alcohol to remove any grease or fingerprints from the system. Any grease or finger oils that are on the header will show up after warming up the pipe and be very difficult to remove.
